Key Responsibilities:

with internal teams to resolve and escalate complex issues efficiently. Maintain

accurate records

of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Deliver a

positive customer experience

by demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:



Fresh graduates

or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support. Excellent

written communication skills

with strong grammar and spelling. Ability to

multitask

and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Empathetic, patient, and customer-oriented

attitude. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems. Willingness to

work flexible shifts

, including weekends, based on business needs.
