Responsibilities:

Provide real-time assistance to customers through our chat platform. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally. Utilize product knowledge to guide customers in making informed decisions. Collaborate with other teams to address and escalate complex issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or chat support. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Empathetic and patient demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
