Job Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via

live chat

and email. Provide quick and accurate responses to customers. Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally. Update internal systems with customer interaction details. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when required. Follow communication guidelines and maintain service quality.

Required Skills:



Good written & verbal communication skills.. Basic understanding of customer support processes. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Problem-solving and customer-first attitude. 1 Year of chat/email support experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
