As a Chat Support Executive, you will be the frontline representative of Shaurya Infosaoft, responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through live chat and email channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Live Chat Support:
  • Engage with customers in real-time through live chat, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Offer personalized assistance to customers, guiding them through the purchase process or resolving any challenges they may encounter.
  • Email Support:
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues through email communication, maintaining a high standard of written communication.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to ensure clear and concise interaction with customers.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions, fostering a strong relationship between the customer and Shaurya Infosaoft.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with Shaurya Infosaoft to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continually enhance your knowledge and understanding of our offerings.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt problem resolution.
  • Document and track customer interactions, providing feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per month Benefits:
