Job Responsibilities:



Handle

customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms

in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible. Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone throughout interactions. Record customer interactions and update CRM tools. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed. Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent written communication skills in English. Fast typing speed with accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
