role. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries through chat, ensuring accurate responses, and delivering excellent service.

Compensation:

Freshers:

?23,000 CTC + ?2,000 PLI

Experienced:

?25,000 CTC + ?2,000 PLI

Work Schedule:

5 days working

10-hour shift

Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs

Majority

night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to customer queries through chat Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

B2 level or above
