We are looking for a female candidate with the potential and passion to work in a fashion house and knowledge of fashion, styling & trends. We seek a skilled Chat Support Executive to support our Customer Query Resolution . This role is unique blend of creativity and attention to designing with knowledge of editing, design creation, typography and video editing.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. Candidate will be fluent in English Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive. Collaborate with other team members and departments to Deliver a positive customer service experience. Answer customer questions quickly and politely through chat
