Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email & chat Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed Maintain accurate logs and ticket records Coordinate with internal teams for resolution

Requirements:

Excellent English written communication Prior customer service experience preferred Must be

based in Indore

Open to rotational/night shifts Ready to join immediately
