Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat or messaging platforms. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies. Troubleshoot customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or escalate cases when necessary. Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and assuring timely resolutions. Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems. Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and service protocols. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, support) to resolve complex issues. Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer Age criteria : 18 to 29 years Required experience : Freshers to 2 years experience
