Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer queries through

live chat

, in-app messaging, or website chat systems. Provide

accurate information

, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions in real time. Maintain

professional, clear, and concise written communication

. Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting service-level targets. Record all conversations and customer details accurately in CRM/ticketing tools. Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments when needed. Follow company scripts, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure

100% customer satisfaction

with timely and effective support. Identify patterns in customer issues and share feedback with the team. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies. Age criteria : 18 to 29 years Required experience : freshers to 2 years experience

Pay: ₹16,114.86 - ₹33,331.28 per month
