We are looking for

Chat Process Executive

to handle customer interactions through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate should possess good written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through live chat or messaging platforms. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Identify customer needs and assist them in resolving their issues promptly. Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant databases. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Good written English communication skills. Typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM with good accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
