Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp chat and email, delivering accurate, empathetic, and timely support. (Freshers can apply as well)
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and concerns through WhatsApp and email promptly.
Provide accurate details on products, orders, services, and policies.
Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
Log all interactions and update customer records in the CRM.
Maintain a consistent, empathetic brand tone in responses.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong written English communication skills.
Customer?service mindset with patience and empathy.
Ability to multitask and manage WhatsApp chats and emails efficiently.
Basic familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience with WhatsApp or email support (~1?year) is a plus.
Comfortable using templates or AI?assisted tools, personalized when needed.
