We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient Chat Support Executive to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via live chat, resolving their queries, and providing real-time assistance regarding our products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or troubleshooting steps.
Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising quality.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by providing helpful and polite responses.
Log chat transcripts and update customer records in the CRM database.
Stay updated on product changes and company policies to provide correct information.
