to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries through chat channels, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
Maintain customer records and update CRM tools
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets
Skills Required:
Excellent written communication skills
Good typing speed
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
