The applicant must have thorough understanding of various courses we offer, process and duration. Customer support on social media and other platforms will be the primary responsibility. We expect the applicant to follow strict adherence to the Standard Operational Procedures of Red Team The applicant is expected to report to the Manager and Directors on the progression of the activities. Timely submission of Activity reports to the reporting manager at the end of each day. Ensuring the confidentiality of data through safe handling and through clean desk policy compliance. Prior approval of personal leave required for all types of leave (except death and accident). Organization has the full authority to terminate an employee if his / her conduct is against organizational principles and policies. Management has full right to allocate and revise tasks.

Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube etc) Monitoring content and responses on social networks Should be responsible for replying to queries. Should handle My business, social media and website leads and email communications Website Monitoring and customer support Need to collect contact details from all the chats and zoho contacts without any failure. Should replay on time with all chats without any time delay Should keep all details in proper format & need to submit monthly reports

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
