A chat Support Executive provides real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. The role focuses on resolving queries, offering product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner
Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer complaints or issues and escalate complex cases when needed
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all interactions
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
Work with other teams (technical, sales, or billing) to resolve issues
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
