Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly
Chat Support Executive
who will handle enquiries from participants and assist them in completing the registration process for BeastDrive events. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via
chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone
.
Provide clear information about
events, registration steps, pricing, and requirements
.
Assist participants with
troubleshooting issues during registration
.
Guide customers through the
payment process
and confirm successful registrations.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update registration logs.
Follow up with leads to ensure they complete their registration.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical) for customer-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good written and spoken
English
(additional regional languages are a plus).
Experience in customer support, chat support, or telesales preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once.
Basic understanding of online forms, digital payments, and registration portals.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Fast typing speed and familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, CRM, Gmail, etc.
