Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
2. Screening & Coordination: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Cold call the candidates and onboard them , Should know end to end recruitment
5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
6. Database Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems or internal databases with accurate candidate records and updates.
7. Employer Branding Support: Help promote our employer brand by crafting engaging job descriptions and participating in talent marketing initiatives
