platform. If you have prior experience in chat support or e-commerce processes and strong communication skills, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat & support channels.
Resolve issues related to:
UPI transactions stuck Order not delivered Applied coupon code not working Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:6 months of customer support experience (E-commerce / BPO preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Kannada.
