Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient live chat support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues effectively. Assist our customers by understanding their products/services and providing accurate information to them. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to higher authorities when necessary. Empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service.
