Role Overview
As a Chat Support Specialist at Flights Mojo, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via chat. You will help travellers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general queries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers through live chat by addressing booking requests, changes, cancellations, and queries
Provide timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a friendly and professional tone
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising quality
Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve customer issues efficiently
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams promptly
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes and knowledge sharing
Stay updated with company policies, travel industry trends, and product updates
