Hiring for inbound Chat Sales

Location: Gurgaon sec 39

Schedule: 5 days (rotational offs

Shift timings are 5:30 pm till 2:30 am and rotational night shifts

Salary upto 3.5lpa for experience

Salary for freshers 21k max

Good typing speed with excellent English

One side cab drop if in night shifts , rotational night shifts, preferably within 10-20 km range of unitech cyper park gurgaon

About the Role

As an Inbound Chat Sales Agent, you will engage with customers via online chat to provide product support, resolve questions, and most importantly, drive sales growth. This is a fast-paced sales environment with clear goals, structured training, and opportunities to earn uncapped incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer chat inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Pitch and promote Xfinity Mobile on every eligible chat while addressing customer needs. Identify customer needs, present solutions, and upsell/cross-sell products. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales, quality, and productivity. Adhere to company quality expectations, compliance standards, and call handling procedures. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Demonstrate strong written communication; use speech-to-text tools as needed. Stay adaptable to changing promotions, policies, and performance expectations.
Training & Coaching

5-week paid training program, including classroom learning and a nesting period for hands-on experience. Ongoing weekly coaching sessions focused on sales performance and quality assurance. Regular updates and refreshers on new products, promotions, and process improvements.
Compensation & Incentives

Competitive base pay. Weekly commission payouts for hitting sales targets. Daily, weekly, and monthly incentives designed to reward top performance and support client-driven initiatives. Uncapped earning potential for high performers.
Qualifications

Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Proficient in typing and multitasking across multiple systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a high-paced sales environment. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 7-day-a-week operation. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
