Eligibility Criteria:



Education:

Undergraduate

Graduate

(any stream) Experience: Minimum

1 year of experience in Chat and Email support

Skills: Excellent written communication skills Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge Ability to multitask and manage customer expectations

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email channels Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a polite and professional tone Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems Meet daily performance and quality benchmarks

Additional Details:



Work Mode: Office-based role Shift Timings: Rotational (if applicable) Working Days: 6 per week, depending on the process
