. They get direct-from-the-source knowledge of how customers use the products and services -- and the problems and pain points that most commonly arise. As such, another of the live chat agent responsibilities is to identify such major pain points.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Chat Agents provide customer service online and have the following responsibilities and duties

2 responding to customers, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, conversing in a polite and professional manner, and performing data entry.

3.TIMELY RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMER VIA CHAT OR EMAIL

Chat Handling Skills

Good typing skills. Multitasking skills. Communication skills. Mastery of positive language. Knowledge of the live chat features. Empathy skills. Care about customers' privacy. Listening to customer feedback.
