We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Chat Support Executive
to join our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer queries through live chat and must be able to multitask efficiently while delivering excellent support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via live chat with professionalism and accuracy
Provide quick, clear, and effective responses to customers
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Keep records of customer interactions and update internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support
Strong written communication and typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM or chat software (preferred)
