Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media chat (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) Resolve product-related queries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times Track and report recurring issues to the relevant departments for resolution Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and closure of all cases Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Collaborate with marketing and social media teams for consistent brand communication

Requirements:



Proven experience in customer service or chat support (preferably on social media) Strong written communication skills in English and [local language] Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously Familiarity with social media platforms and basic CRM tools Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy
