Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat, website, or messaging platforms Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, offers, and policies Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required Guide customers through the online shopping journey to improve conversions Maintain detailed and accurate chat records and customer information Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams for issue resolution Meet response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
