Chat Support Executive
who can provide timely, empathetic, and accurate assistance to our customers via live chat and other online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, and social platforms.
Resolve product- and order-related concerns with efficiency and accuracy.
Provide accurate information about products, usage, and offers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.
Upsell/cross-sell where relevant while keeping customer satisfaction as top priority.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer support (chat/email preferred).
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
Passion for fitness/nutrition industry will be an added advantage.
