Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via

voice and chat

Troubleshoot smart home devices and technical issues remotely Guide customers through setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate logs and resolve customer concerns professionally Meet KPIs including quality, CSAT, and first-call resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate or Undergraduate

Experience:

Minimum

6 months of international BPO

experience

Tech support experience and troubleshooting knowledge is mandatory

Skills Required:

Excellent communication in English (spoken and written) Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with smart devices or technical products is a plus
