We are seeking a Chat Support Executive to manage real-time customer interactions through online chat platforms. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking information about real estate projects, and your role will be key in providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle live chat inquiries on the website, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate and prompt responses to client questions about property details, pricing, availability, and site visits.
Share brochures, floor plans, and other relevant documents digitally upon request.
Update client details, chat transcripts, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth client experience.
Follow up with leads generated from chat interactions to drive engagement and appointments.
