What You'll Be Doing
Chatting with customers on WhatsApp and email (yes, you get paid to text professionally)
Answering questions about orders, products, policies, and all things "Flo"
Turning confused customers into relieved customers
Escalating tricky issues to the right team
Updating CRM records so everything stays neat, clean, and organized
Keeping the tone friendly, helpful, and human--always
You'll Fit Right In If You
Write clean, clear English
Are patient even when customers aren't
Can juggle chats + emails without breaking a sweat
Are comfortable using CRM or helpdesk tools (or quick to learn)
Have 0-1 year of experience in chat/email support (nice to have, not required)
