Chat Support Team
. In this role, you'll interact with customers through live chat, resolve their queries, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience -- all without phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via live chat and email in a professional, timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, or orders
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, billing, etc.) to ensure quick resolution
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent written communication and typing skills
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with multitasking
Ability to stay calm and positive while handling multiple chats
Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Flexibility to work in shifts (if required)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
