Roles and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service through Calls and Chat.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
  • Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.
  • Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
  • To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.
Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 12th Pass with 1 year experience into customer service(voice/Chat can apply). Graduate Fresher/ Undergraduate fresher can also apply. Candidate should have excellent Written and verbal skills. Must be comfortable with 24*7 working environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Morning shift
