We are hiring Customer Support Executives with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in handling customer queries across voice and chat processes. The role involves managing escalations, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and escalations effectively
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are met
Support team operations and process adherence
Prepare performance reports and share feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for improvements
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of customer support experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM / support tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
