Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, text, and other written platforms.

Offer product support and service assistance while promoting additional client products.

Use a "Service to Sales" approach to identify customer needs and upsell relevant offerings.

Deliver excellent customer experience by consulting with empathy and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain clear, professional, and grammatically correct communication in English.

Collaborate with team members and stay up to date with product knowledge and updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification is High School Diploma or equivalent Freshers can apply; experience of one year in customer service or sales is preferred Strong written English communication skills with good grammar and spelling Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts

Salary:

Rs. 22k- 35k Ctc per month
