Role Overview:
We are looking for a Chat Sales Intern who has a good typing speed and a strong sales motivation. This role involves engaging with potential customers via chat, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via chat to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
Handle inbound and outbound chat inquiries to drive sales conversions
Maintain a fast response time while ensuring high-quality customer interactions
Build relationships with potential customers and encourage repeat purchases
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Track customer interactions and update sales reports regularly
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer experience
Stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer behavior trends
Skills and Qualifications:
Good typing speed with accuracy in communication
Strong sales motivation and a goal-driven mindset
Excellent written communication skills for chat-based interactions
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and persuasion strategies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations effectively
A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
Prior experience in chat support or sales (even as a freelancer or academic project) is a plus
