We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to handle WhatsApp chat process for AB Cart. The role involves engaging with customers, answering queries, assisting in order placement, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service through chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound chats on WhatsApp.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and payment-related queries.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain customer interaction records and follow up for closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Good written communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Prior experience in chat process / BPO / customer service/sales preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
