Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat (non-voice process). Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Record and update customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues when required.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Good typing speed and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

, including night shifts. Basic computer knowledge and understanding of customer service principles.
