- Need to do the process over chat.
- Communicate with customer in real time and resolve the issues for any services.
- Client support handling.
- Handling customer queries on web chat emails.
- Maintain accurate customer records.

- Good typing speed over computer 25 to 30 WPM[Word per minute]
- Basic knowledge of MS Office[Word , Excel]
- Average Communication skills in English.
