Blended Chat Process (Non-Voice) for an MNC BPO

Kolkata

Shift Timings:

Night Shifts (starting from 5:30 PM)

Week Off:

Rotational

Freshers & experienced candidates (

Qualification:

Undergraduate / Graduate - Non-Technical streams only

(BA, BBA, BCom, BSc (Non-tech), etc.)

Requirements

Good command over written English Ability to handle chat-based customer interactions Comfortable with night shifts
