ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide customer support to
e-commerce customers
via chat.
Use tools like MS Word and Excel efficiently to resolve queries.
Handle chats promptly and ensure resolution within SLA.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Communicate fluently in English (Verbal & Written).
Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Maintain typing speed of
35 WPM with 90% accuracy
.
Take ownership of issues and follow up for closure.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with basic Operating System functions and system navigation.
