- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at

\xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with customers through various channels.
\xe2\x97\x8f Acknowledging and resolving customer quaires.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
\xe2\x97\x8f Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Qualifications

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills
