Information Provision:
Furnishing detailed information about services, and policies to customers.
Customer Interaction Management:
Recording details of customer interactions and tracking the actions taken.
Escalation:
Identifying and escalating critical or priority customer issues to appropriate higher-level support teams.
Product Knowledge:
Continuously updating knowledge on company products, services, and relevant processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Excellent Communication:
Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
Multitasking:
Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
