This is a customer support role focused on resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through real-time, text-based chat conversations, often requiring multitasking, excellent written communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

Real-time Support:

Handling customer questions and requests through live chat interfaces.

Information Provision:

Furnishing detailed information about services, and policies to customers.

Customer Interaction Management:

Recording details of customer interactions and tracking the actions taken.

Escalation:

Identifying and escalating critical or priority customer issues to appropriate higher-level support teams.

Product Knowledge:

Continuously updating knowledge on company products, services, and relevant processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Excellent Communication:

Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.

Multitasking:

Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Problem-Solving:

Quick and logical thinking to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Technical Proficiency:

Competence with computers and various messaging/chat platforms.

Customer Focus:

Empathy, patience, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Typing Skills:

High typing speed to ensure timely responses.

Chat support Experience(Must Have):

Require at least one year experience in online chat support.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
