Key Responsibilities

Handle

non-voice (chat and email)

customer support for travel-related queries Assist customers with booking issues, cancellations, itinerary concerns, and general travel guidance Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses Maintain service quality, documentation, and customer satisfaction Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (with allowances)
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum education:

12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holder

Freshers can apply; experience in BPO, travel process, or customer support is an advantage Strong written English communication skills Basic computer knowledge and typing speed Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad after selection Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
