Chat Process Remote
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about courses.
- Promptly answer & support related chats.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding general inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Requirements:
- 1+ Years experience required.
- 40 Words per minute should be the typing speed
- Should be flexible working in 24*7 rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Should have strong analytical skills.
Salary 26500 to 32500 Per Month
