to international clients. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving queries in real-time, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve processes
Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience in chat support/customer service (International BPO)
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable with night shifts
