About the Role:

We are hiring

Customer Service Executives

to provide top-notch support for our

smart home and security products

. This role involves handling customer queries via

chat and voice

, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via chat and voice regarding smart home and security products. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers. Ensure timely resolution of queries and escalate complex issues when needed. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Meet KPIs and quality metrics while delivering exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Graduate Fresher or Undergraduate

6+ months experience in BPO.

Excellent English communication skills and verbal fluency. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Candidates must be within

20 KM from the office

.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹25,000 - ?31,000 per month 5 working days per week with rotational shifts and offs Perks: Both side cab facility
