Salary :-

6-12 months- 3.70LPA

12-18 Months 3.95LPA

18-23-Months 4.10LPA

24+ months -4.33LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via live chat professionally & promptly
Provide accurate product/service info to help customers decide
Maintain records in CRM system
Achieve targets on response time & customer satisfaction

Pay: ?370,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
