Customer Success Associate - International Chat Support (Tech Process)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our Tech Support - International Chat Process team. As part of our customer experience department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support via chat to a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries via chat
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-time resolution
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and engage with customers
Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process is mandatory
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 to ?31,000 CTC
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
Perks: Company-provided both side cab facility(UPTO 20 KM)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
